Transformer oil dehydration & filtration — extend life by years.
Moisture and impurities in transformer oil cause insulation breakdown and premature failure. Our dehydration and filtration service restores oil quality and extends your transformer's service life by 5–10 years.
Prevent failure. Extend life. Save money.
Oil dehydration is the most cost-effective way to protect your transformer investment and avoid expensive replacements.
Complete oil treatment process.
Moisture removal (dehydration)
High-vacuum dehydration removes dissolved and free moisture from transformer oil, restoring its dielectric strength to safe operating levels.
Particulate filtration
Multi-stage filtration removes sludge, carbon particles and metallic contaminants that degrade oil quality and cause hotspots.
Degasification
Dissolved gases (acetylene, hydrogen, methane) are extracted to prevent internal arcing and detect early signs of transformer faults.
Oil testing & analysis
Before and after testing — breakdown voltage, moisture content, acidity and dissolved gas analysis. Full report provided with every service.
From testing to treated.
Most units are treated within a single day. We test before and after so you see exactly what improved.

Questions about oil dehydration.
Common questions about transformer oil treatment. Call us for anything else.
How often should transformer oil be dehydrated?
We recommend oil dehydration every 3–5 years for most transformers. High-load or older units may benefit from more frequent treatment. An oil test will tell you exactly when service is needed.
Can oil dehydration be done on-site?
Yes. Our mobile filtration plant is brought to your location and the treatment is performed without removing the transformer. Most treatments are completed within one day.
How much does transformer oil dehydration cost?
Cost depends on the transformer size (KVA) and oil condition. It is typically a fraction of the cost of replacing the transformer. Contact us for a quote based on your specific unit.
What happens if transformer oil is not treated?
Untreated oil accumulates moisture and contaminants over time. This causes insulation breakdown, overheating, internal arcing and eventually transformer failure — which is far more expensive to repair or replace.
